Washington Director of Athletics Jennifer Cohen will reportedly become the athletic director at USC, according to reports.
According to Pete Thamel of ESPN, USC is set to hire Cohen away from Washington for the same position.
Cohen brings over two decades of experience from Washington and is a member of the 13-person College Football Playoff Selection Committee.
Washington thrived on and off the competitive field under Cohen’s leadership. The Huskies recorded their “highest-ever, department-wide NCAA Graduation Success Rate (GSR), of 92,” and an eighth-consecutive year of an Academic Progress Rate “of 989,” according to Washington’s athletic department.
Cohen will become the first female athletic director at USC, previously holding her role at Washington since 2016. The Trojans will join the Big Ten Conference beginning in 2024.
