Clemson added a massive piece to its 2025 recruiting class on Sunday afternoon, picking up a verbal commitment from Buford (Ga.) offensive tackle Brayden Jacobs. The 6-foot-6, 310-pound prospect committed to the Tigers over Alabama, South Carolina, and many others to become commitment No. 9 for Clemson in the 2025 class.
It has been a good week for Clemson on the recruiting trail, previously landing four-star defensive end Ari Watford. The Tigers hosted an elite Junior Day recruiting event this weekend and the dividends are already paying off.
Another top Tigers offensive tackle target, nation’s No. 1 lineman David Sanders Jr. was also on campus this weekend as Clemson continues to be a top contender for the Charlotte (NC) Providence Day star.
Jacobs is the son of former Auburn running back Brandon Jacobs who had an outstanding NFL career mostly with the New York Giants.
