Green totaled a career-high 39 tackles and six sacks last season for the Sun Devils. He played in all 12 games, as he has in each of his three seasons amassing 60 tackles, 21 tackles for loss and 13.5 sacks.
Green became one of four Sun Devils to lead the program in sacks with five as a true freshman in 2021.
Green, a native of Atlanta, originally walked on at Arizona State. When he entered the transfer portal after last season, he first decided on Washington before Kalen DeBoer departed for the head coaching position at Alabama.

Colorado head coach Deion Sanders tweeted in December 2023 that the Buffaloes were in search of players through the transfer portal, notably a defensive tackle, cornerback, linebacker and “1 more Pass Rusher.”
Sanders appears to have landed one defensive lineman to add to Colorado’s program. The Buffaloes went 4-8 in Sanders’ first season as head coach after going 1-11 in 2022.
