INDIANAPOLIS — The final game of last season meant a lot to Arizona wide receiver Jacob Cowing.
After the Wildcats beat Oklahoma 38-24, Cowing was named the game’s Offensive MVP upon his 152-yard, two-touchdown performance.
Now, Cowing hopes to take his All-Pac-12 Conference talent to the NFL as he arrives at the NFL Combine in Indianapolis with the most favorite game of his career in mind.
“The Alamo Bowl,” Cowing told the media on Friday. “The last game of my collegiate career. Going out with a bang with those group of guys that I wouldn’t trade for the world. Going out there getting that 10th win in program history — we were the fourth team to do it — that was probably one of my proudest moments.”
