INDIANAPOLIS — Pitt wide receiver Bub Means embraces what it means to be a good teammate.
Means, a 2023 All-Atlantic Coast Conference Honorable Mention last season, led the Panthers with 721 receiving yards and six touchdowns. It was a career year for the sixth-year wideout from Lovejoy, Georgia.
Means ran a 4.43 40-yard dash and repped 19 times on the bench during the NFL Combine. He said he wants NFL teams to know he brings more to the table than just football skills.
“I’m a great teammate: I’m compassionate, I’m humble,” Means told the media on Friday. “Everything that I do is uplifting, so I just want to make sure that they understand that I’m a great person. I’m always willing to help and just be a great teammate.”
