One of the nation’s top pass rushers in the 2024 class will be coming off the board next week as Chicago (IL) Kenwood academy defensive end Marquise Lightfoot has set his decision date for July 3rd.
The 6-foot-5, 220-pound prospect will announce his decision live on the 247Sports YouTube channel at 5 PM eastern and will be deciding between Alabama, Illinois, Miami, Ohio State, and USC.
Industry sources believe Ohio State is in the driver’s seat for the four-star prospect heading into the final days before he announces. Lightfoot made official visits to Illinois, Miami, Ohio State, and USC during the month of June.
Lightfoot recorded 122 tackles, 15 tackles-for-loss, and nine sacks as a junior at Kenwood Academy.
