Missouri DL Darius Robinson confident in finding next opportunity at NFL Combine

INDIANAPOLIS — It was a dream season in 2023 for Missouri defensive lineman Darius Robinson.

Robinson was part of a Tigers team that achieved their highest College Football Playoff ranking in program history, reaching No. 9 and winning the Cotton Bowl over Ohio State.

Robinson returned for a fifth season as a graduate student-athlete, and he was rewarded with a spot on the First Team All-Southeastern Conference after putting up a team-leading 43 tackles, 14 for loss and 8.5 sacks.

Robinson said he and the Tigers coaching staff “worked on a great plan” entering his fifth year in 2023, and with the NFL Combine and Draft in front of him, he plans on showing why he should be considered one of the top selections.

“I would say that I’m the best,” Robinson told the media on Wednesday afternoon. “I play every position. I can play from a zero to a nine. I’m going to play physical, I’m going to run, I’m going hit somebody. I can do everything and I just want an opportunity to just put my cleats in the ground and play as fast as I can.”
