Chambers arrived as a Buckeye first as a running back. Two seasons later, Chambers jumped across the line of scrimmage and became a linebacker where he’d earn All-Big Ten honors in his career.

Now at the NFL Combine in Indianapolis, Chambers said his focus on the NFL Draft couldn’t be sharper if it weren’t for his time at Ohio State.

“It’s prepared me for everything,” Chambers told the media on Wednesday afternoon. “It’s just prepared me for life. I mean, what coach (Ryan) Day, coach (Jim) Knowles, coach Mick (Marotti), everything they do, they just, they work to make you a better man, a better person on and off the field. So I’ve got so much gratitude for that place I can’t really explain it.”
