Washington climbs to No. 5, North Carolina enters top-10 in AP Top 25

A new No. 5 team ranks within the Associated Press Top 25 Poll on Sunday.

No. 5 Washington earned a top-10 victory over No. 9 Oregon last weekend, taking advantage of an 18-yard touchdown caught by receiver Rome Odunze that proved to be the game-winner.

Huskies quarterback Michael Penix Jr. added to his Heisman Trophy resume, as he threw for over 300 yards for the sixth-straight game and piled on four more passing touchdowns. He has 20 passing scores on the season.
